- Personal information you provide in the claims form: case description, defendant name, claim amount, location, and evidence types. This information is used solely to prepare your filing documents.
- Payment data is processed securely through PayPal. We do not store credit card or bank account details.
- Analytics data via Google Analytics 4 (GA4): pages visited, time on site, device type, approximate location.
2. Payment Processing
Payments are processed through PayPal. When you pay, PayPal processes the transaction under PayPal's Privacy Policy. We receive payment confirmation only and do not store sensitive financial information.
3. Personal Legal Data Handling
Case details you provide are used solely to generate your filing documents. We do not share your legal information with third parties, do not sell personal data, and do not use your case details for any purpose other than document preparation.
4. Cookies & Third-Party Services
- Google Analytics 4 — site performance analytics.
- Google AdSense — advertising. AdSense may set cookies to serve ads.

5. Data Retention
Analytics data is retained per Google's default settings. Generated documents are processed in real time and are not stored on our servers.

Our service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at hello@getsmallclaims.com and we will promptly delete it.
