We collect limited information to provide and improve our service:
- Personal information you provide in the claims form: case description, defendant name, claim amount, location, and evidence types. This information is used solely to prepare your filing documents.
- Payment data is processed securely through PayPal. We do not store credit card or bank account details.
- Analytics data via Google Analytics 4 (GA4): pages visited, time on site, device type, approximate location.
2. Payment Processing
Payments are processed through PayPal. When you pay, PayPal processes the transaction under PayPal's Privacy Policy. We receive payment confirmation only and do not store sensitive financial information.
3. Personal Legal Data Handling
Case details you provide are used solely to generate and deliver your filing documents. We do not sell your information. To generate and deliver your documents we use the service providers listed below (an AI model to draft, and an email provider to deliver); we do not share your case details for any other purpose.
4. Cookies & Third-Party Services
- Google Analytics 4 - site performance analytics.
- Google AdSense - advertising. AdSense may set cookies to serve ads.
- Skimlinks - affiliate linking. See Skimlinks Privacy Policy.
- Cloudflare - hosting and Workers AI (the AI model that drafts your documents processes your case description).
- Resend - delivers your filing pack to your email.
5. Data Retention
Analytics data is retained per Google's default settings. Generated documents are held briefly in temporary storage (up to 2 hours) so you can complete payment and download them, then automatically deleted. We do not retain them long-term and never sell them.

8. Children's Privacy
Our service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at hello@getsmallclaims.com and we will promptly delete it.
