3. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Case outcomes depend on the specific circumstances, available evidence, and the court's decision. We do not and cannot guarantee any particular result for your claim.
4. Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your filing package, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are granted at our discretion.
5. Limitation of Liability
GetSmallClaims and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or generated documents. Use of the service is at your own risk.
